This series of photographs, all documenting graffiti works and including a female figure, was made during a half year study-abroad in Berlin. However, these works do not exist in the city streets but were created in the safety of our computer. As young artists, Jewish, Israeli residents in the German capital, we subversively inserted ourselves into the public art sphere, however, this act remains minor and inverted; speaking to our state of estrangement and the immigrant’s conundrum.
